We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator and Project Coordinator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing commercial and technical aspects of construction projects.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a degree in Surveying, Architectural, or Construction Engineering and experience in design, estimating, and manufacturing. You will also have excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans to achieve client goals
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders
