About The Role

Gleeds is seeking a talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Glasgow. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our Cost Managers in the delivery of services, including cost planning, tendering, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of cost plans, order of cost estimates, and tender documentation.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and reporting of tenders, and the valuation of completed work.
  • Prepare and settle final accounts, and administer construction contracts.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and provide excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
  • Graduated or will graduate with a degree qualification before August 2025.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to adapt to changes.
  • Good ICT skills, with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
