The Role

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator who will work in partnership with our team to ensure the successful running of the nursery. The successful candidate will have a GCSE Maths/English or equivalent qualification and some experience working with babies or children under the age of 5. Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework is essential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Encourage a love of learning through high-quality teaching and rich stimulating experiences
  • Ensure all children are kept safe and supported to reach their full potential
  • Build strong relationships with the team to create a positive and productive working environment
  • Complete assignments and training to gain relevant childcare qualifications

About You

  • You will have a passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support for children
  • You will be able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in practice
  • You will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and children, and contribute to a positive and productive working environment
