**Job Summary**
We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Boutique Manager to play a leading role in the success of our team by supporting the Boutique Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching and developing the team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Elevate in-store events and draw success from them.
- Ensure the smooth running of the store.
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Create and execute in-store events.
- Coach and mentor others to achieve their full potential and succeed.
- Drive sales and customer service targets.
- Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ensure flexible availability across days and hours to maintain a good work-life balance.
**Requirements**
- Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential and succeed.
- Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Flexible availability across days and hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
