As a Principal Ecologist, you will lead and contribute to various projects, applying your expertise in field surveys, assessments, and reporting while guiding clients through the planning and licensing processes. You'll manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery, financial oversight, and clear communication of recommendations. You'll also play a key role in developing proposals and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Degree or equivalent qualification in ecology.
• Ability to lead Phase 1 habitat/UKHab assessments and conduct protected species surveys.
• Protected species licence (ideally Level 2 bat licence).
