Job Title: Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Manager

Location: Salary: £40,000 + Bonus Hours: Monday to Friday - 0740 to 1655

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager to lead our safety and quality initiatives and play a key role in our ongoing growth. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the QSHE Manager will oversee our quality, safety, health and environmental compliance programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employee safety and lead accident investigations
  • Manage customer complaint responses and drive a quality culture throughout the organisation
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits and manage accident investigations to ensure employee safety
  • Oversee quality assurance across all business processes, fostering a proactive culture of quality
  • Drive environmental sustainability efforts, reducing waste, improving energy use and promoting renewable materials
  • Address customer complaints with root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Proven QSHE professional with substantial experience in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management
  • Skilled in audit, compliance and quality control
  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing Quality and Environmental Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
  • Solid background in process improvement, defect analysis, and root-cause investigation
  • IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office
