About Proformance Coaching

We are a rapidly growing sports coaching organisation covering sessions in Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, and Bristol. Our mission is to deliver fun and engaging football sessions to children aged 2-13, and valuable sports provision to thousands of children across our network of schools.

We are passionate about developing our coaches and provide them with opportunities and experiences to gain better knowledge and understanding, leaving a positive impact on every child they meet.

Job Description

As a Lead Football Coach, you will work alongside the Head Coach and Senior Coach to deliver professional, fun, and engaging football sessions at our popular football programmes for boys and girls in various locations.

You will also deliver high-quality sports provision in our schools, through lunchtime and afterschool clubs, PE, and mentoring, working alongside school staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a variety of sessions to children aged 2-13 at our football programmes, schools, and holiday camps.
  • Display good practice through planning sessions using our curriculum as a template to build good quality sessions.
  • Build relationships with partners such as football clubs and schools to identify areas that the business can support.
  • Manage and develop staff during football sessions, football camps, and school sport sessions.
  • Liaise with parents/guardians and additional stakeholders to maintain communication and enhance relationships within the community.
