Job Title: Locum Consultant in Respiratory Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant in Respiratory Medicine to join our team at Ashford & St Peter`s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to the development of our respiratory medicine services.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with respiratory conditions, including COPD, asthma, and pneumonia.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of our respiratory medicine services, including research and education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Be a GMC registered Doctor (you do NOT need to be on the Specialist Register).
  • Have relevant experience at Consultant level, or references to support your transition up to Consultant level.
  • Hold evidence of stand-alone Right to Work in the UK (unfortunately locum jobs aren't able to offer visa sponsorship).
  • You will need to pass an enhanced background check (DBS).
