General Manager for a Dynamic Dining Experience

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join the OMA team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee staff training and employee development to ensure a high level of service quality
- Manage daily rotas and holiday approvals to maintain a smooth operation
- Conduct regular stock takes and routine maintenance of the site to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the team
- Lead by example, embodying the OMA brand and values
- Ensure guest experiences are consistently high-quality and exceed expectations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar environment, preferably in the hospitality industry
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a love for food, wine, and drink
- Basic grasp of Microsoft 360 and Share Point
- Familiarity with software systems, including Lightspeed, Resy, and Fourth (desirable but not essential)
