We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring middle leader to join our team as Head of Year. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring an excellent standard of behaviour, attendance, and personal development for our students.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a wonderful school in a great community as part of a multi-academy trust, providing significant professional development opportunities. You will be responsible for teaching all abilities across KS3 and KS4 in your specialist subject area, and will have the opportunity to support the Academy ethos and extra-curricular activities.
