We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our innovative organisation in Totnes.
About the Role:In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Main Responsibilities:- Inspecting Goods and Processes
- Inspect incoming goods, production processes, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools to guarantee accuracy and precision.
- Supporting Audits and Compliance
- Support audits and ensure adherence to ISO13485/MDR standards.
- Collaborating with Teams and Suppliers
- Collaborate with teams and suppliers to address and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Documenting Results
- Accurately complete documentation and reports to maintain a high level of transparency and accountability.
- Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years' experience in inspection or a similar role.
- Proficient in using tools such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges.
- Communication and Computer Skills
- Strong communication and computer skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Licence Requirements
- Forklift licence is highly preferred but not mandatory.
