Lead the Reopening of Our Nursery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead the reopening of our Webbs Wood Nursery in Bradley Stoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving occupancy and ensuring the nursery runs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursery team and ensure high standards of quality in the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children.
  • Develop and implement occupancy targets and strategies to achieve them.
  • Recruit, induct, support, train, and appraise staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
  • Ensure all staff develop and maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers.
  • Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and implement any recommendations.
  • Ensure the nursery remains compliant with suitably trained staff and relevant first aid qualifications.
