About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Renewals Manager to drive customer retention and revenue growth by leading the renewal process for a portfolio of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive renewal strategies for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
  • Confidently discuss commercials with customers, negotiate renewal terms, and articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Renewals Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial negotiations and contract management principles.
  • Ability to have difficult conversations with customers while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
