We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at CS Construction Staffing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate site operations, including supervising and monitoring the site labour workforce and subcontractors.
- Liaise with the project team, including the project manager, quantity surveyor, and client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM legislation.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including snagging lists and inspection and test plans.
- Coordinate and manage temporary works procedures.
- Develop and implement quality-focused leadership and IT skills.
- Manage and coordinate commercial activities, including understanding building contracts and scope of works.
- CSCS/CSR card.
- SMSTS qualified.
- First Aid at Work.
- Professional qualification.
- Relevant construction experience in commercial, retail, healthcare, education, refurbishment, and/or new build.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors in line with project programme, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Ability to operate within a team environment.
