We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Finance Analyst to join our client based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a Fully Qualified Accountant who is looking to progress their career in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results
  • Detail-oriented individual who can ensure accurate client reports reconciliations
  • Present financial statements to management and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the maintenance of financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide specialised input into Power BI reporting and Lobby development within IFRS to enable detailed reporting capabilities and ensure rapid response resolution for critical system control checks.
  • Develop and Lead implement processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and accounting operations
  • Analyse key data for reporting monthly actuals and planning cycles at required business levels and locations, and validate the key data for reporting purposes.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial reporting and accounting operations, and will work closely with the management team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
