We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our dynamic team at The Seven Stars, a renowned pub restaurant in Petersfield. As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage service, providing exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the growth and development of our team members.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives, implement new initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
