About eTeam, Inc.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Expert to join our team in the Remediation & Transformation project. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to refine business requirements, gather and elicit information, and create functional design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Refine business requirements to enable solution exploration
  2. Gather and elicit requirements using various techniques
  3. Draft user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  4. Slice user stories according to sprint size
  5. Create and amend functional design documentation
  6. Capture exception scenarios and risks related to business requirements
  7. Assess change requests for data and design changes
  8. Track requirements through traceability
  9. Complete governance documentation, including PID and BRD
  10. Conduct technical workshops and discussions with stakeholders
  11. Refine features with Technical Platform and Feature teams
  12. Develop business operating and accounting models
  13. Identify non-functional requirements
  14. Support testing clarification, SOPs, implementation, and communications

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
