We are seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join our small and friendly team at Jenrick Commercial. As an Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts transactions, customer accounts reconciliations, and credit control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process day-to-day accounts transactions
  • Reconcile customer accounts and chase for payment
  • Produce customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and process supplier payments and refunds
  • Prepare VAT Returns
  • Input company expenses

Requirements:

  • Supervision and team leadership skills
  • Managing processes

  • Experience in accounting software, specifically SAGE
