Project Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at People Place UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing site projects, ensuring efficient delivery of our fire and smoke curtain orders. You will work closely with our internal and external teams to manage the programme of purchased materials and labour, including logistics and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all on-site activities ensuring safety standards and that projects are delivered on time
* Coordinate, manage, and lead approximately 20-40 live external contracts at any one time
* Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure the highest quality of work is delivered
* Pro-active pragmatic planning and follow up, and being a first-class communicator

Requirements

* Proven project management experience working with JCT and NEC contracts and main contractors
* Strong leadership and coordination skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
