Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Crash Lab Technician to join our dynamic team at HORIBA MIRA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and executing crash tests, ensuring the safety of all personnel, and maintaining the crash laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the crash laboratory for crash testing, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Execute crash tests, taking sole responsibility for the test execution and ensuring the safety of all personnel.
  • Calculate and program winch data, as well as run winch software, to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Ensure the safety of all personnel before, during, and after test execution, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Maintain the crash laboratory, performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Working Hours

This is a 39-hour position, working Monday to Thursday from 0800 to 1645 with a 45-minute lunch break, and Friday from 0800 to 1545 with a 45-minute lunch break. There may be a requirement to work shifts to meet customer and business needs.
