Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Lead to join our Bristol-based team at BMR Solutions Ltd.

As a seasoned professional in the field of electronics engineering, you will be responsible for leading the development and support of the Hardware Engineering team, working closely with our Programme Manager and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

About the Job:

  • Develop and support the Hardware Engineering team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Engineering Manager to drive business growth.
  • Promote electrical health and safety best practices within the team.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in electronics engineering with a focus on hardware development.
  • Expertise in Altium and SolidWorks PDM vault.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and PCB design.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team management.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and/or have significant experience in electrical/electronic design. Experience with high-availability electronics design and prior team leadership experience are also desirable.

Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE + 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Flexible Start and Finish Times + Pension + Life Insurance + Private Healthcare + Profit-Related Bonus
