Established Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy Brandon James Ltd in Kent is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to work directly alongside their Quantity Surveying Director.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a leadership position, guiding and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors through their APC and supporting their overall professional development. In addition, the successful candidate will work on a diverse project portfolio, including office fit-out, healthcare, private and volume residential, and local authority developments, from inception to completion.

This challenging role requires:

  1. MRICS qualification or completed Quantity Surveying degree
  2. A proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion
  3. UK Consultancy / Cost Management experience
  4. Able to commute in and around Kent
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Experience or desire to help manage other quantity surveyors
