Care Coordinator

About the Role
The Intake Coordinator will be part of the intake team, responsible for understanding the capacity of our branches to safely assess and accept new client referrals for our Local Authority Contracts. This role requires building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Requirements
- Efficient and organised care coordinator with experience in community care
- Ability to manage rota's to an impeccable standard
- Pride in building relationships with care workers
