Job Description

Job Title: Support Worker

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (25 hours to 30 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour

Essential Requirements:

  • Driver's license
  • Ability to work with individuals with autism

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with autism, enabling them to live independently and participate in various activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with day-to-day tasks, personal care, and medication administration
  • Encourage social integration and participation in hobbies and interests
  • Organize and participate in activities, promoting a range of life skills
  • Work independently, with a focus on providing high-quality support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SVQ 2/3 in Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
