Role Overview

This position is ideal for an ambitious and results-driven professional looking to take their sales career to the next level. As a Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to approach and win new accounts, focusing on lead generation, client engagement, and sales closures.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Job

You will cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and services, identifying additional sales opportunities, and serving as the main point of contact. You will work closely with the local sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver customised solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market.

Your Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales leading position, Laboratory instrumentation, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a global sales or account management role, with a focus on B2B sales in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or laboratory sectors.
  • Proven track record as a "hunter," with demonstrated success in opening new accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and travel globally as required.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software and Google Office Suite.
