Job Overview

The Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial management of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic advice to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Provide financial guidance and support to staff members
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive financial performance and growth

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience with financial software and systems
