About The Role

We are seeking a caring and resilient Caring Support Professional to join our team in Filton, South Gloucestershire, Bristol.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and developing skills.
  • Ensure good working practice, understanding and awareness of health and safety.
  • Work positively with other agencies, parents, carers, and services to ensure person-centred care.
  • Develop and contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of individuals supported.
