Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage Help Desk queue: Track and prioritize customer requests, assigning tasks to the correct team members and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with network teams and management to provide detailed reporting and updates on various aspects of our satellite systems.
- Document and track issues: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including resolutions and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and technical support in a similar role.
- Detail-oriented and organized: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.
- Basic Microsoft Suite and Google Suite skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Google Meet.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred: A+ certification is a plus, but not required for this role.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green card) to obtain a security badge to enter the applicable government facility.
