  • Document and track issues: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including resolutions and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and technical support in a similar role.
  • Detail-oriented and organized: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Basic Microsoft Suite and Google Suite skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Google Meet.
  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred: A+ certification is a plus, but not required for this role.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green card) to obtain a security badge to enter the applicable government facility.
