Rutland Site Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join Probe UK's Engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and assisting in development and engineering projects at the site.
The successful candidate will provide second-line support to the Engineering team, identifying opportunities for improvements and making recommendations to enhance machine efficiency. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development, as well as a competitive salary package, estimated around £40,000-£50,000 per annum.
