About the Role
As a proactive recruitment administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team on a temporary basis for approximately one year. This fast-paced position involves everything from creating job postings and sourcing new candidates to onboarding new hires, making it ideal for someone with a strong administrative or recruitment background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and post job adverts across various platforms.
- Sourcing candidates for open roles using recruitment tools and CV/job boards.
- Compose job descriptions that accurately reflect our company's needs.
- Manage the recruitment process, including screening applications and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong experience in administration or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, we require someone who can work in the office.
Additional Information
