About the Role:

As a Mental Health Case Worker with Moxie People, you will be working with individuals who struggle with their mental health. Your role will involve supporting them in their recovery journey, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to open up about their experiences. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the care and support they need to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting individuals with mental health issues in their recovery journey
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans
  • Working closely with the team to ensure effective care and support
  • Reporting and recording any safeguarding issues
  • Providing a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to open up about their experiences

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary with sleep-in payments increasing to just over £23,000 per year
  • A permanent contract with a solid 6-week rolling shift rota
  • Extra payments for any disturbed sleep during your shift

Requirements:
  • Experience of support work in a setting that includes mental health
  • Solid values around building trust, empathy, and understanding
  • A DBS on the update service is a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and confidentiality
  • Ability to cover overnight/sleep-in shifts
