About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Segment Sales Team Leader to join our team in the Northern region. As a key member of our Data Centre Segment regional Sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales and account managers to drive profitable growth and advance Eaton's position in the Data Centre industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute a commercial account plan to meet sales, orders, pipeline, and margin targets
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with account decision-makers and influencers
  • Understand and articulate the client buying process
  • Identify and secure revenue opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Oversee and align commercial and engineering responses to tenders
  • Finalize commercial processes and secure purchase orders and framework agreements
  • Maintain oversight of all commercial-related engagements for customer success and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Science or Engineering, or equivalent data centre industry experience
  • 10+ years of related experience in the data centre business
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and coordinate others
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, high degree of customer affinity, and strong influencing skills
  • Strong technical and engineering presence, with demonstrable knowledge of data centre design and operations
  • Strong executive presence and ability to relate well as a peer to leaders of target customers
