Senior Spirits Sales Manager

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Spirits Sales Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts across the Independent On-Trade (IFT) sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth across our portfolio of key accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to key decision-makers.
- Work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
About You:
- You have a strong background in spirits sales, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- You are a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales success.
- You have a deep understanding of the spirits industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of sales management in the spirits industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Independent On-Trade (IFT) sector and key customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
