About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Spirits Sales Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts across the Independent On-Trade (IFT) sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth across our portfolio of key accounts.
  2. Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and preferences.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to key decision-makers.
  4. Work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  5. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.

About You:

  1. You have a strong background in spirits sales, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  2. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  3. You are a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales success.
  4. You have a deep understanding of the spirits industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrable experience of sales management in the spirits industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Independent On-Trade (IFT) sector and key customers.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
