A unique opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in a leading nursing home based in the UK. You will be part of a professional team providing nursing and dementia care with a person-centred approach.

This nursing home offers a warm and homely environment for residents, with a focus on delivering high-quality care. As a Nurse, your key duties will include:

  • Accurately assessing the needs of residents and identifying priorities of care
  • Administering medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and company policy
  • Ensuring residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
  • Reporting any ill-health amongst residents and requesting GP/professional visits when necessary

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a care setting, be a good team player, and demonstrate a can-do attitude. They will also possess well-developed time management and leadership skills.

The successful Nurse will receive a competitive salary up to £22.00 per hour and annual salary up to £50,336. Benefits include a pension scheme, comprehensive induction and training programme, enhanced rates for bank holidays, and recognition schemes.
