About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient mechanical services delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in facilities management.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and a legal right to work in the UK.
