Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise building maintenance operatives to optimize resource utilization and advise repairs managers on resource requirements for individual jobs.
Ensure timely completion of work to a high standard, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources accordingly.
Pre-inspect work to identify content, duration, and materials required, liaising with surveyors to clarify descriptions and prevent delays.
Develop detailed schedules of work and specify requirements to enable the in-house workforce to complete tasks efficiently.
Pre-order non-stock materials and stock materials for larger or more complicated works, arranging for collection from stores or delivery to site as needed.
Working Hours:
37 hours per week, 08:00am - 16:00pm.
