About the Role:
Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Scrub Practitioner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work in a state-of-the-art hospital, delivering high-quality care to patients with private insurance, those self-funding treatment, and NHS patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized patient care as part of the theatre team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best clinical outcomes, focusing on orthopaedics, including hip and knee arthroplasties and ACL reconstructions.
- Work shifts 8-6 or 8-8, Monday to Saturday, with an element of on-call responsibility.

Requirements:
- NMC or HCPC registration and clinical expertise in orthopaedics (6 months minimum).
- Strong teamwork and independence skills.
