We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Randstad Delivery (GBS). As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing recruitment activities for assigned businesses, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake to offer negotiation and hire.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnership: Develop a complete understanding of each client business objectives and strategy, consulting with hiring managers and Business HR to understand skill requirements, background, and experience needed for each requisition.
- Recruitment Strategy: Work with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy for each requirement, setting and managing expectations.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and execute appropriate sourcing mediums to attract suitable candidates, source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the process, demonstrating superb communication skills and providing appropriate feedback.
- Interview Process: Ensure a structured, best practice competency-based interview process is followed, conduct salary negotiation, and manage the offer process aligned with Business HR.
- Contract Management: Complete diligent contract request process, including conducting reference checks, and ensure ATS (Workday) is maintained and accurate at all times, as well as relevant CRM (Phenom) actions.
- Temp-to-Perm Hiring: Expertly manage efficient temp-to-perm hiring, proactively identifying and seeking support where required in resolving issues.
- Experience: 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience or a junior recruitment agent.
- Skills: Setting up interviews, candidate satisfaction, working with requisitions, attention to detail, administration, and working with other teams (Accounts teams).
