As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment at Capita Recruiting Partnering Project. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator on a fixed-term contract.

The Role:

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey, providing an exceptional candidate experience, and working consultatively to meet their needs. You will also attend and lead attraction events, collaborate with educational providers, manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, and utilize social media tools to attract and engage with candidates.

We Are Looking For:

You will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills, IT literacy, and the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Army Careers or recruitment experience would be advantageous.

Benefits Package:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 pro rata, 23 days' holiday (rising to 27) pro rata, a paid day out for volunteering, auto-enrolment to a pension, life assurance, and more.
