Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new business transactions, including investments, pensions, mortgages, and life policies.
  • Conduct valuations and provide quotes using exchange and platforms.

  • Manage telephone and reception duties, as well as general administrative tasks.
  • Support the team with handling post and typing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Financial Services Administration, preferably in a Financial Advisory firm.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
  • Familiarity with Intelliflow, Selectapension, Trigold, Assureweb, and platforms such as Abrdn, Aviva, and Aegon is advantageous.
