The Head of KYC Support to Front is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of the KYC Corporate activity within the UK Financing and Client Services department. This involves interacting with UK business lines, leading and supervising a team, and contributing to the development of the service.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Defining operational priorities, setting objectives, and deadlines for the team.
  2. Assisting WRMs in creation, modification, and periodic review of KYCs.
  3. Ensuring the collection of necessary information from clients and the completeness of KYC Corporate files.
  4. Providing technical expertise and support to the team.
  5. Ensuring the continuity of services and anticipating resource requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. They will also have a deep understanding of KYC processes and procedures.

As a key stakeholder in the KYC data governance and London KYC Committee, the Head of KYC Support to Front will play a critical role in shaping the future of the service.
