Job Opportunity: Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team at Listers Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa.

About the Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional sales and customer service.

  • Maximise sales opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Exceed monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data.
About You

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • A valid UK driver's license is required.
