Senior Associate/Debt Recovery Manager

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading law firm in their search for a Senior Associate/Debt Recovery Manager to join their forward-thinking and fast-growing team.

You will have relevant business, finance, legal, or equivalent experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of debt recovery across a variety of industries, effectively managing people, strategic development, implementation, and change management.

Further, you will require a detailed knowledge of all forms of debt recovery processes, including all legal and non-litigation options, as well as relevant regulatory/legal frameworks.

The successful candidate will be expected to run a caseload of fast and small track as well as insolvency-based recovery cases, where appropriate.

You will be responsible for managing a team and ongoing training of existing and new team members, ensuring the highest standards of debt recovery and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of debt recovery cases, including fast and small track, and insolvency-based recovery cases
  • Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies and processes
  • Manage and train a team of debt recovery specialists
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal frameworks

Requirements:
