Workshop Joiner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Joiner to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating woodworking machinery and hand tools to produce high-quality joinery and furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Uphold strict quality control standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a workshop environment.
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Joinery or Carpentry.
