We are looking for a highly motivated Compliance and Complaints Lead Associate to join our team at Red Snapper Recruitment | Public Safety.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks across the organisation to ensure timely completion of complaints investigations and responses.
  • Promote a culture of compliance within the organisation by challenging stakeholders on non-compliance and inadequate risk management.
  • Design and deliver education and learning programs on governance and compliance best practices to enhance risk management and compliance maturity.
  • Manage the Register of Obligations and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
  • Oversee staff whistleblowing, gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interest, and request to deal processes and policies.
  • Handle internal and external complaints within agreed timescales and lead the delivery of improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong investigative skills with the ability to conduct formal and informal investigations and deliver investigation outcome reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage demanding workloads of multiple projects.
  • Experience in complaints management and/or similar external-facing customer service role.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,598 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package.
