The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in coordinating site procedures and working closely with office teams and various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct site surveys to ensure safe access and efficient use of mobile cranes.
  2. Plan and deploy labor resources to meet project requirements.
  3. Process the hiring and off-hiring of plant and tools.
  4. Manage sub-contractors and ensure high-quality work.
  5. Log site diary information and compile weekly reports.
  6. Collaborate with teams to agree and set final contract programs.
  7. Monitor site productivity, health and safety, and quality of work.
  8. Attend customer and contract meetings.
  9. Assist with the internal call-off procedure for materials, plant, and labor.
Requirements:
  1. HNC/D or equivalent qualification.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  4. CSCS card.
  5. Full driving license.
