Education Support Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Assistant to join our team at a client school in Wrea Green. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
  • Work with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning and address specific needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Support the social and emotional development of students, promoting a caring and respectful atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow guidance from the classroom teacher.
