About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our property team at Costa Coffee, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our new store and relocation strategy. As a Regional Property Acquisitions Manager, you will work closely with our Equity and Partnerships teams to ensure we meet our strategic property requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire target locations for new stores, analyzing key performance indicators for store success.
- Develop and implement store acquisition plans, working closely with the Store Development Team, Designers, and Property Consultants.
- Manage external partnerships with landlords and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless store openings.
- Monitor and analyze competitor performance in the region, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the Regional Franchise Store approval team to ensure smooth store openings.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of retail and property markets. As a Regional Property Acquisitions Manager at Costa Coffee, you will have:
Drive-thru, out-of-town, and sector knowledge.Strong negotiating and partner management skills.Multi-site store acquisition and rollout program experience.Retailer and/or landlord or agent experience.Drive, tenacity, and curiosity to understand the market.True agility to work cross-functionally.What We Offer
