Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Degree in Architecture or Construction Management would be an advantage.
  • SMSTS / Black CSCS Card / 1st Aid.
  • A minimum of 3 years as Project Manager or Contracts Manager within this sector.
  • A sound knowledge and background in Historic Buildings, Heritage Conservation, and Restoration.
  • Collaborative approach with all parties to build strong working relationships with the client, design team, and trade subcontractors.
  • Ensuring projects are on schedule, to quality, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Leading the site management teams.
