Job Summary:
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled educator to lead the lower school sports and swimming programmes at an independent girls' prep school in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging physical education and aquatic programmes that cater to the diverse needs of students.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as Head of Lower School Sports and Swimming Lead. This permanent position involves leading the development and implementation of sports and fitness programmes for young students, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within the school community.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging physical education and aquatic programmes that meet the needs of students
- Lead a team of coaches and instructors to deliver high-quality sports and fitness programmes
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate sports and physical education into the curriculum
- Plan and organize events, competitions, and tournaments that promote school spirit and athletic achievement
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure optimal learning outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., physical education, sports management, or education)
- Proven experience in leading sports and physical education programmes for young students
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
- Familiarity with British curriculum standards and requirements

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
